A subscription to MCStanding: software that helps a data broker run its statutory obligations across eleven jurisdictions — DROP cycle processing, suppression screening, registration packets, audit simulation and evidence files. The software runs in your browser. We host the files; you run the work.
If MCStanding is not right for you, email contact@millennialscreatives.com within 30 days of your purchase and we refund the full amount. No questions, no form, no retention call. We aim to process it the same business day; Stripe returns it to the original card.
After 30 days, cancelling stops the next renewal but does not refund the current term. You keep access, and everything you have built, until that term ends.
Subscriptions run for 12 months and renew annually at the rate you signed up on.
We email you 30 days before every renewal, stating the date and the exact amount. A four-figure charge should never be a surprise, and you should always have a month to decide. If that email does not arrive and you are charged anyway, tell us — we treat it as our error and refund it.
Cancel at any time from the link in your Stripe receipt, or email us and we will do it for you the same day. Cancelling stops future charges. It deletes nothing: your records live on your machine, not ours, so there is nothing for us to take away.
We never receive the consumer data you match, because the matching happens inside your browser and the application cannot open a network connection — a restriction the browser enforces rather than one we merely promise. The privacy policy is short for the same reason.
Your records are yours permanently. If you stop subscribing you keep every file you generated and it keeps working: evidence files re-derive their own hashes in any browser, with no dependency on us.
We aim to keep the site up, but we do not promise an uptime figure — and you should not need one. The offline single-file build runs with the network off and keeps working if this site, or this company, disappears. Download it and keep it with your backups. That is a design choice, not a disclaimer.
MCStanding is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. We do not exclude liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will email you before it takes effect, and it will not apply to your current term without your agreement.
